Important instructions:

• • For the admission of centralized courses, candidates will have to present the preference of colleges. Based on preference, the seat will be allotted on merit. The change of order of priority of the college (after submitting the form) is not allowed at any level.
  • After the final submission on the last day to apply, the amendment of the form will be locked.
  • At the time of examining the form, if any discrepancy is found about any information/ documents uploaded, an SMS will be sent to the applicant on its registered mobile number.
  • The form of the applicant will be unlocked and he/he will be able to upload the additional documents demanded to obtain SMS about discrepancy, within a specified time.
  • The application form will not be accepted after the due date or incomplete in any relationship.
  • Applicants will be able to download provisional admission forms only after performing the allocation of colleges.
  • The admission will be based on qualification, which will be calculated on the basis of marks obtained in the qualification examination.
  • Applicant will have to give priority of 05 subject combinations.

Applicant must select the following (as mentioned in online admission form):
03 Corps/Discipline Special Syllabus (DSC) (According to the concerned college).
01 Multi-Divisional Course (MDSC) (According to the concerned college).
01 Value Added Course (VAC) (According to the concerned college).
01 skill enhancement course (SEC) (According to the concerned college).
01 capacity enhancement course (AEC) (according to the concerned college).
01 Mandatory subject (HCP/Punjabi).

• • The weightage, wherever applied, will be given according to the Punjab University, Chandigarh criteria.
  • Originally, two affidavits, interval years/years are associated with the application form, if someone (sample of the affidavit is given at the end of the prospectus). Applicants with gap year will not be admitted to any college until the difference is explained to the satisfaction of the convenor of the respective admission committee of the concerned college, by presenting an affidavit according to the samples given at the end of the prospectus. The scanned copy of the original affidavit is also required to be uploaded in the .PDF format. Applicants with gap year have to fill the online form as a ‘new student’.
  • The documents uploaded by the applicant will be investigated to confirm that there is no shortage or shortage in the application form. The applicant will be able to check his application status online with his password on the entrance portal in this regard.
  • No separate communication will be sent to the applicants about the online admission schedule and all information/updates will be available on the website and online prospectus.
  • All the recruited applicants are required to submit online anti-coaging undertakings on the Anti-Ragging Web portal (www.antiragging.in) of the Government of India.
