Selection process

Tier-I of EMRS Staff Selection Examination (ESSE-2025) will be conducted in MCQ “OMR based (Pen-Paper)” mode, while Tier-II will be a combination of descriptive questions and MCQ “OMR based (pen-pepper) mode. After Tier-II, after Tier-II, Junior Secretariat will be a combination for the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant.

The medium of examination will be bilingual (ie in Hindi and English). However, in terms of language qualification testing in regional language,* Part VI will be held in the regional language selected by* candidate. In addition, for the post of TGT (regional language), the medium of testing for Part-V (Domain Knowledge) of Tier will be in the respective regional language.

how to apply

• • Candidates only need to apply through “online” mode, which are notified for posts (s) according to advertising/vacancy. The application form will not be accepted in any other mode.
  • While filling the online application form on the portal, candidates have to fill their general details correctly in the part as their category and PWD/PWBD position is filled in part – A is associated with Part -B of the application form. After filling Part -A, the candidates will have to fill Part -B for each post separately (for whom candidates want to apply). Once the part for any post is filled by a candidate, there will be no change in Part A.
  • A candidate can apply for more than one post, if he is eligible. In such cases, the candidate will have to pay a separate expected fee for each post as per the implementation. However, a candidate can only apply for a post of PGT against various PGT posts and can only apply for a post of TGT against various TGT posts.
  • Candidates will have to pay separate fees if they are applying for more than one post
  • Candidates should fill only one application for a post. Many applications submitted by a candidate for the same post, if detected at any level, will be canceled.
  • No application fee should be paid by SC/ST/PWBD categories and candidates related to women candidates. However, the processing fee applied (given in the above table) is required to be paid by each and each candidate.
