Difference Between City Slip and E-Call Letter
It is crucial for candidates to understand that the currently available City Intimation Slip is NOT the final admit card. It is merely provided in advance (on 05 Nov) to help candidates arrange travel and accommodation for their allotted city. The actual E-Call Letter (Admit Card), which contains the exact exam center address and reporting time, will be available for download approximately 4 days before the exam (around 08 November 2026). You cannot enter the examination hall with only the City Slip.
How to Download the RRB ALP CBAT Re-Exam Admit Card
Once the official link for the E-Call Letter is activated, eligible candidates can follow these steps to download their admit card:

- Navigate to the “CEN 01/2025 – Assistant Loco Pilot” section.

- Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth on the login page.
- Complete the captcha/security verification and hit Submit.
- Your E-Call Letter will appear on the screen. Verify all details and download it as a PDF.
- Print a clear hard copy to bring to the examination center.
Important Notice Regarding Vision Certificate
As per the official recruitment guidelines, candidates must submit a Vision Certificate in the prescribed Annexure VI-A format (attested by an Eye Specialist) to appear for the CBAT.
- For Candidates from Postponed Centers: You MUST bring the original Vision Certificate in the prescribed format to the examination center.
- For Candidates affected by Technical Issues: According to the re-exam notice, this specific group is reportedly exempted from producing the vision certificate again, but you must thoroughly verify this clause on your official E-Call Letter.
