Role & Responsibilities of Assistant Female Hockey Coach
The selected candidate will assist the Head Coach and be responsible for the holistic development of the trainees at KISCE. Key duties include:
- Assessing athletes’ performance, strengths, and weaknesses to develop personalized training programs.
- Ensuring health, safety, and child safeguarding standards are strictly maintained.
- Coordinating training sessions, sports events, and maintaining records of trainees’ performance.
- Working collaboratively with Physiotherapists, Doctors, and Nutritionists to develop sports science knowledge.
Selection Process
