Role & Responsibilities of IndiaAI MTS
The recruited Multi Tasking Staff will be responsible for a variety of routine office tasks, including but not limited to:
- Physical maintenance and proper upkeep of section records.
- Ensuring the general cleanliness of the organization/office rooms and dusting of furniture/fixtures.
- Carrying files, papers, and delivering Dak (mail) inside and outside the building.
- Assisting in routine office work like diary entry, dispatch, photocopying, faxing, and basic computer operations.
- Watch & ward duties, opening & closing of office rooms.
- Driving of vehicles (if in possession of a valid driving license).
- Upkeep of parks, lawns, potted plants, etc., and any other work assigned by superior authority.
Selection Process for IndiaAI MTS 2026
The selection will be conducted through a multi-stage screening and interview process:
- Application Screening: Initial screening of the submitted resumes will be based on academic records, age, qualifications, and relevant experience. (IndiaAI reserves the right to fix a higher threshold of qualifications and experience to limit the number of candidates called for the interview).
