Selection Process for PSSSB Group B Recruitment 2026
The selection process adopted by the Subordinate Services Selection Board, Punjab, involves the following stages:
- Written Examination (Objective Type): Candidates will be called for an Objective Type (MCQ) written exam. There will be negative marking, with ¼ mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- Merit List: The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written exam. In case of a tie, age, educational percentage, and matriculation marks will be considered to rank the candidates.
- Document Verification & Counselling: Shortlisted candidates from the merit list will be called for document verification. Candidates must produce their original educational, technical, and category/domicile certificates.
