Selection Process & Interview Schedule
The recruitment is purely on a contractual basis. Candidates will be selected based on the following criteria:
- Scrutiny of Applications: Applications will be screened based on qualitative requirements, education, and required experience.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates must report for an interview on 02 November 2026 at Station HQ Yol. Candidates must arrive by 09:00 AM.
- Skill / Practical Test: For the posts of Clerk and Data Entry Operator (DEO), a written test and a computer practical test will be administered prior to or along with the interview.
- Mandatory On-Job Training (OJT): Candidates selected for Medical Specialist, Radiologist, Gynaecologist, and Medical Officer appointments must undergo 10 days of unpaid On-Job Training and secure a clearance certificate from the OIC Polyclinic before contract signing.
- No TA/DA: No travel allowance will be provided for attending the interview or practical assessment.
