Selection Process for SBI SCO (AI Officers) 2026
Because these are senior leadership and highly specialized roles, the selection is conducted through direct shortlisting and personal interviews rather than a written examination:
- Shortlisting: A specialized committee will review the applications, resumes, and submitted documents. Meeting the minimum eligibility does not guarantee an interview call.
- Interview (100 Marks): Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview. Candidates for the GM and DGM posts are required to deliver a 10-minute presentation on their relevant job profile or achieved milestones.
- CTC Negotiation: Negotiations regarding the final Cost to Company (CTC) will take place concurrently with or immediately following the interview phase.
- Final Merit List: The final selection will be made in descending order based entirely on the interview scores.
