Testimonials Checking Schedule & Reporting Venue
Candidates must report at the designated venue strictly on their allotted schedule:
- Verification Dates: 28 September, 29 September, and 30 September 2026 (tentative).

- Sweeper Experience: Original 3-year experience certificate as a Sweeper (if answered “YES” in the application form).
- Category & Domicile Proof: Valid SC/ST/BC certificate. BC category candidates must present their latest BC Certificate along with duly filled and signed Annexure ‘I’. Candidates claiming SC/ST/BC reservation must also submit their Punjab, Haryana, or U.T. Chandigarh Domicile certificate.
- Ex-Servicemen Candidates: Original discharge book along with a complete self-attested photocopy. Disabled or deceased Ex-Servicemen dependents must bring documentary proof of dependent status.
- Disability Certificate: Valid certificate showing not less than 40% disability (Low Vision, Deaf and Dumb, or Intellectually Disabled/Challenged – Mild IQ) for PwD category candidates.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): In-service government employees must produce an original NOC on the prescribed proforma ‘Annexure II’ issued by their employer.
- Printed Call Letter: Downloaded copy of the official E-Admit Card and a valid original photo ID proof.
