CRPF Sports Quota Selection Process 2026
The selection is carried out in sequential stages as follows:
- 1. Documentation (DV): Verification of original educational mark sheets, age proof, sports certificates, caste, and domicile certificates.
- 2. Marking of Sports Achievements: Awarding of marks strictly based on the candidate’s single highest medal or participation level attained between 30 September 2024 and 30 September 2026. This forms the basis of the merit list.
- 3. Physical Standard Test (PST): Assessment of height, chest (for males), and weight. General standards: Male Height 170 cm, Chest 80–85 cm; Female Height 157 cm (Relaxations apply for ST, North-East, and Hill categories).
- 4. Sports Trial Test: Practical sports trial conducted by the Board of Officers to evaluate playing skills. This test is qualifying in nature (pass/fail).
- 5. Detailed Medical Examination (DME) / RME: Final physical and medical fitness assessment conducted as per standard CAPF medical guidelines.
