- Certificate from the Head of Department (Annexure-A – Original): Must confirm details regarding the candidate’s service, group, confirmation status, age, qualifications, and integrity.
- Service Record Proforma (Annexure-B): Complete service record verified and certified by the Head of Department.
- Scrutiny Form (Annexure-C): Self-declared form containing personal, educational, and service details, filled out by the candidate.
- Proof of Date of Birth: Matriculation/Higher Secondary certificate.
- Graduation Degree Certificate: Copy of the degree from a recognized university.
- Proof of Punjabi Language Proficiency: Certificate of having passed Punjabi up to the Matriculation level or equivalent.
- Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable): Issued by a competent authority; required only for claiming fee concessions.
- Confirmation Certificate: Proof of confirmation in Punjab Government service.
- UDID Certificate (if applicable): To avail facilities like extra time or a scribe (writing assistant) as per the rules.

How to Apply for PPSC PCS (Executive Branch) Register A-II and Register-C Recruitment 2026
Eligible candidates must apply online via the official PPSC website before June 30, 2026.
- Register Online: Visit www.ppsc.gov.in and click on the relevant advertisement link (Advt. No. 20263 for Register A-II / Advt. No. 20264 for Register-C). Register using your details and note down your registration number and password.
- Upload Photo and Signature: Upload your color photograph and signature (file size: 10 KB to 40 KB each) in the designated sections. This step is mandatory before proceeding to fee payment. Step 3 – Fill the Application Form: Carefully fill in all required details such as personal information, service details, educational qualifications, category, and group. Verify all information before submitting, as no changes can be made after the fee payment.
- Pay Application Fee: Click on “Pay Now” and pay the applicable fee using a credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or NEFT/RTGS. Upon successful payment, download and save the payment receipt. If the transaction status shows “Pending” even after the amount is deducted, click on “Verify Status” for reconciliation.
- Submit and Print Application: After the fee payment is successful, submit the application form. Take a printout of the complete application form and save the application number for future use (such as downloading the admit card). Step 6 – Submit the hard copy through the proper channel: Send the printed application form, along with all necessary documents (Annexures A, B, C, and certificates specified in Clauses 5.4.1 to 5.4.9), through the Head of Department to the office of PPSC, Baradari Gardens, Patiala – 147001 by July 30, 2026 (5:00 PM).
